General Guidelines for Participants

1. Advance registration is compulsory for all formal and Informal events. 
2. A student can register for more than one event, depending on the schedule. If there is clash in the events for which the participant is registered, he/she will be allowed to participate in one event only, and the registration fees will not be refunded.
3. Spot registration is not allowed for any game.
4. Participants are not allowed to change the names of team members in any case.
5. Kindly refer the rules of individual games for team formation. Teams not formed as per mentioned rules will be disqualified.
6. All participants have to carry their institute identity card.
7. Accommodation for participants on payable basis will be available on request. If you require accommodation, it should be clearly mentioned in your registration form.
8. For non-participant students and accompanying persons, food will be provided on paid coupons.
9. In case of any discrepancies or disputes, decision of organizing committee will be final and binding to all. 
10. The decision of Judges will be final and binding on all teams for all the events.
