Refresher Tour
As part of employee engagement activity, Ganpat University is arranging refresher tour every year. The objectivity behind arranging this tour under employee engagement is enhancing team building, growing bonding among employees, reducing stress level, bringing openness between seniors and subordinates, strengthen mental and physical fitness, opportunity to understand internal customers as well as other co-employees to create barrier-free environment at workplace at par to the other good educational institutions and industries.
A Refresher tour of 1-2 days for the staff members of the University shall be allowed once in a year and the cost be borne by the University.
