Purpose of President Award:
The principle purpose of the President's Awards for Staff Excellence is to recognize and reward exceptional performance and achievements that contribute to the realization of the University's Strategic Plan.
The Awards also aim to:
- Foster the engagement and commitment of staff and encourage staff to take pride in their work.
- Encourage staff to take initiative and consciously contribute to institutional capacity and capability.
- Ensure that staff are clear about what the University values in relation to academic and professional work.
- Provide an opportunity to celebrate exceptional staff performance and achievements.

Award:
Prize money of Rs.1,00,000/- shall be granted for awardee’s professional pursuit along with a certificate signed by the Hon. President, Ganpat University as a token of appreciation.
(Prize money for category of Institutional Capacity Building shall be Rs.1,50,000/-)
Eligibility:
Employee who has been working continuously on full time basis for at least 2 years by the end of the year in which the award is to be presented.
Procedure of Nomination:
- Online self-nomination form shall have to submit by aspiring employees shared through link or by scanning given QR Code.
- Upon registering your email id through online form, a link shall be forwarded to your registered email id to fill further details in nomination form.
- Self-Nominee shall have to furnish all details and upload all supporting documents in online form.
- After submitting nomination form, an automatically generated PDF Form shall be sent to your registered email id.
- Self-Nominee shall have to take printout of the PDF Form and all other uploaded supporting documents to submit into hardcopy to the office of Principal / Executive Dean / Dean.
- The recommending committee consist of Principal, Executive Dean and Dean shall send their recommendation to the University.
