Cancellation Timeline

• If you choose to cancel your admission before the start of the academic term, you are eligible for a refund according to the following schedule:
• Cancellation within 10 days of admission confirmation: 100% refund
• Cancellation within 30 days of the start of the academic term: the proportionate deduction for an actual number of days passed from the beginning of the academic term.
• Cancellation after the 30 days post-academic term has commenced: No refund

Refund Processing Time

• Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund process will be initiated.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.

Refund Calculation

• The refund amount will be calculated based on the total fees paid, minus any non-refundable fees as per the university policy.
• The university reserves the right to withhold a portion of the fees to cover administrative costs and processing fees associated with the cancellation.

Cancellation Procedure

• To cancel your admission, you must submit a written request to the Admissions Office, Ganpat University, Kherva.
• The cancellation request must include your full name, admission reference number, and a brief explanation for the cancellation.
• Any outstanding dues or fees must be settled before the cancellation request can be processed.
