Guidelines for Posters

For presentation purposes, you will be given a space of A0 size (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm). You can use this space creatively for the presentation of your submission idea with relevant results. You may use a single A0 size poster, or multiple A4/A3/A2/A1 posters, or even use the space to put special cut-outs in 2D or 3D. You are encouraged to take this opportunity to ignite your creativity in the presentation.

There will be a theme-specific ' Best Poster Award', and your presentation will be scored in terms of novelty of content, value proposition of the idea/result, your creativity in presentation, and some other criteria as may be decided by the organizing committee during the conference.

Specifications for Poster Presentations

• A0 size (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches)
• Be sure to include the main title, names of author and co authors, the affiliation(s) and the email address of corresponding author.

Recommended font sizes

• Main title: 72 (bold)
• Authors: 60 (bold)
• Affiliation(s): 40
• Email address of corresponding author: 32
• Subheadings: 40 (bold)
• Body of text: 32
• Smaller fonts may be used in citations and acknowledgement. You may please use graphs, tables, references, etc.
• The designated poster presenter (author or coauthor) must be present at the assigned spot during the designated time to discuss the work presented.
