Guidelines for Papers

• Paper abstract (up to 250 words) should be uploaded on conference website www.ganpatuniversity.ac.in/bks To do so, click the ‘Online Abstract And Paper Submission’ button on the conference website and fill in the required details. In case of any inconvenience the author can send an abstract on bks.conference@ganpatuniversity.ac.in. Title of the paper and keywords must be mentioned in the abstract. The theme under which the abstract should be considered must be mentioned.
• After the confirmation of acceptance of the abstract contributors are required to send their full Paper not exceeding 5000 words including tables and figures. Author should follow the guideline strictly to submit the abstract and full length paper. The text should be double space in 12 point Times New Roman font with 1.5 inch all side margins and 1.15 Line Spacing.
• The cover page should contain the title of the paper, author's name and brief details including the designation, e-mail and the contact numbers.
• References should be cited at the end of the paper in API format only. This list should mention only those sources cited in the text of the paper.
• All the tables and figures must be serially numbered.
• Author would have to certify that the contents/material is unpublished, as well as original. It is the responsibility of the author to obtain permission to reprint previously published matter with copyright restrictions.
• Correspondence and proofs for correction will be sent to the first named author.
• There will be a theme-specific ' Best Paper Award', and your presentation will be scored in terms of originality of content, value proposition of the idea/result,, and some other criteria as may be decided by the organizing committee during the conference.
