Student Startups and Incubation Centre, Ganpat University sponsored One Day Seminar on “Entrepreneurship Awareness” was organized by Ganpat University - Shree S. K. Patel College of Pharmaceutical Education and Research on 28th February 2024. Total 79 participants were registered and participated in the seminar. In the inauguration function, Dr. P. D. Bharadia, Principal of the college welcomed and introduced the guests. Dr. Mahendra Sharma, Director General & Pro Chancellor, GUNI has explained role of universities in startups and innovations along with the critical skills needed in establishing and growing business. Dr. Ganpat I. Patel, Patron-In-Chief & President, GUNI motivated participants by sharing his life journey as an entrepreneur. Total 04 eminent resource persons delivered their speech in the seminar with Power Point presentations and interactive sessions. Dr. Shrenik K. Shah, Chairman, Indian Drug Manufacturers' Association has delivered a key note session on Scope of Entrepreneurship as a carrier option. Dr. Rakesh P. Patel, Coordinator of the seminar delivered vote of thanks. In the closing ceremony, Dr. Rakesh P. Patel, Coordinator congratulates all the participants.
This seminar on Entrepreneurship Awareness was aimed at creating awareness among students about various facets of Entrepreneurship while highlighting the merits of pursuing such a career option and to help the students develop entrepreneurial mindset, learn enterprise initiation and development skills. In this seminar, students were exposed to different aspects of Entrepreneurship including opportunity guidance, services offered by agencies of support system, and interaction with successful Entrepreneurs India. The program received grand response from the students and they were truly motivated to take Entrepreneurship as career in the future. Such feedback boosts us and our mission to create Entrepreneurial India.

In this seminar, following topics were delivered:
1. Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship
2. Entrepreneurship opportunities in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs & API Business
3. Activities and Policies of Startups and Incubation Centre of GUNI
In these sessions, the expert used several examples to narrate importance of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship as a career option. They have highlighted current scenario of SME development at state and national level with government policy and support (focused on pharmaceuticals and food technology industries development)
The First session was delivered by Dr. Shrenik K. Shah, Chairman, Indian Drug
