Capture the flag event is organized for Students to have brief knowledge about the How Vulnerabilities and bugs are found in systems and it can be exploited. In this event Semester 1 students took part and enjoyed the event. The task consisted of editing videos and making a 30 seconds clip by using Images, Video Clips, Visual effects from our institute website. Blind Code was a two round event in which the participants were given a task in each round which they had to complete with their monitor screen off and also lights of the lab were off. Code in the Dark is a front-end (HTML, CSS) competition from Tictail,where contestants compete to implement a website design given only a screenshot. The catch is that no previews of the results are allowed during the implementation, and no measuring tools can be used. The winner is decided by the audience. Girls only event
ROUND-1 (20 mins)
- In this event we will give a task to make a simple webpage using HTML/CSS/Js.
- Criteria for winning: Those who complete the webpage on or before given time with accuracy of output, they will be eligible for the second round.
ROUND-2 (40 mins)
- In this event we will give a task to make webpage using
- HTML/CSS + any external css library or framework (Bootstrap, etc).
- Criteria for winning: First one to complete the webpage on or before given time with accuracy of output.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Type: Team Event
For 1st Round:
- The round will be of 30 minutes.
- Once the round starts one of the team members will start writing the code.
- Every five minutes the buzzer will ring and the team has to swap the member and the other member has to continue the code.
For 2nd Round:
- The same Procedure will be followed in the second round as well but the buzzer will ring randomly in the second round.
