Cultural Fest-Aaghaz was organized by the Institute of computer technology. This event was a whole day long
and was held in the college premises as
well as at Heerak Mohatsav Hall, Gujarat Vidhyapith.
The grand show commenced with a few on-campus
activities like quizzes, one-minute games, etc. Then the noon fest was
organized atHeerakMohatsav Hall, Gujarat Vidhyapith. Honorary Chief Guest,
Sudhir Thakur inaugurate the function along with principal Dr.Hemal shah, sir. There was a colorful welcome
followed by lighting of the lamp and a few verses from Saraswati Vandana, hailing
the goddess of knowledge and wisdom. The invited guests have given plant saplings
as a token of the memorandum which was followed by a welcome speech given by the Chief
guest. It was a truly mesmerizing show as the students, as well as teachers, presented many acts, there was singing, dancing, stand-up, skits, mimicry,
classical and modern combination of several foot-tapping numbers. Everyone sat
glued to the show. The Chief Guests praised the entire event a lot. He guided me with his inspirational words and inspired me to do better. It was followed by the
rank certificates to meritorious students, trophies given to all winners of the sports fest, and certificates given to students for their special achievements
throughout the year. The function was finished by the university anthem and vote of thanks.
