Process Step:

  • Login to ERP systems https://erp.ganpatuniversity.ac.in/
  • Enter the enrollment number as a username and password.
  • Verify and update the enrollment information
  • Verify and update the educational - general information
  • Verify and update the address details
  • Verify and update the upload documents
  • Verify and download the enrollment verification
Institute Fees Payment 

Process Step:

  • Login to ERP Systems https://erp.ganpatuniversity.ac.in/
  • Enter the enrollment number as a username and password.
  • To pay fees go to the transaction menu.
    - Hdfc bank gateway (no payment charges ).
    - Icici bank gateway (Ruppy/UPI free/ICICI credit-debit card free).
    - Paytm (Ruppy/UPI free).
Note:
Exam Hall Ticket:
  • Login into ERP Systems on https://erp.ganpatuniversity.ac.in/
  • Enter the enrollment number as a username and password.
  • Students download exam hall ticket via the transaction menu.
Transportation Request:
  • Login into ERP Systems on https://erp.ganpatuniversity.ac.in/
  • Enter the enrollment number as a username and password.
  • Student requests for transaction need to go to the transaction menu.
Admission Cancellation:
  • Login into ERP Systems on https://erp.ganpatuniversity.ac.in/
  • Enter the enrollment number as a username and password.
  • Students can request admission cancellation via the transaction menu.
