Description
On 23 December 2023, GUNI-FAAS commemorated National Farmers' Day, honoring former Prime Minister Shri Chaudhary Charan Singh. The theme for the celebration was "IGNITING YOUNG MINDS BY INNOVATIVE FARMERS," with a focus on raising awareness among youth about the significance of farming for a thriving nation. The event aimed to inspire young individuals, both girls and boys, to consider agriculture as a viable career option.
First year B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture students introduce to farmer and farmers also shared their experiences with our students and faculty members were very inspired. Farmers were happy with us and they were glad to know about KISAN DIWAS.
