Description

An insightful expert talk session on " Honey production and Processing and Organic Mushroom Drying" was organized by KKIASR, Ganpat University, in online mode on 25th November, 2023. Mr. Deep Jarsaniya, was invited to share his valuable information on the honey production and various methos of honey processing with the organics mushroom production. The event garnered significant interest, with a total of approx. 42 participants registering for the session. 

The honey production segment will cover essential topics such as modern beekeeping techniques, maintaining healthy bee colonies, and the role of bees in biodiversity conservation. Participants will learn about advanced honey extraction, processing, and packaging methods that adhere to food safety and organic certification standards. Additionally, discussions will highlight strategies to enhance honey quality, extend shelf life, and tap into premium markets by leveraging eco-friendly and ethical practices.

This talk focuses on advancing sustainable practices in honey production and organic mushroom drying to meet growing market demands and ensure environmental conservation. It will explore innovative techniques in beekeeping, honey processing, and packaging to produce high-quality, eco-friendly honey that aligns with food safety and organic certification standards.  

The organic mushroom drying segment will focus on preserving the nutritional and medicinal properties of mushrooms through cutting-edge drying technologies.
