Description
Ganpat University organized an event on “Exploring Nutritional Perception and Quality Distribution Of Value Added Horse Gram Soup"on 13 October to 14 October 2023 from 1.00-2.00 PM. The Students of Ganpat University took part in the event and gathered at CHAS, Ganpat University.
The event was organized by the Food and Nutrition Department with coordination of students of food and nutrition. Rita patel welcomed all students and gave a brief detail on the event. Our experts delivered knowledge regarding the nutritional value and consumer perception of value-added horse gram soup. It will evaluate the soup’s nutritional composition, including protein, fiber, and essential vitamins and minerals, and assess how consumers perceive its health benefits, taste, and convenience. The research will also examine the sensory quality of the soup, such as flavor and texture, and investigate how different variations of the soup affect its overall nutritional content. Ultimately, the study seeks to highlight the potential of horse gram soup as a functional food that can improve dietary habits and contribute to better health outcomes.
The coordinators overseeing the initiative commended the students for their dedicated efforts, expressing their heartfelt gratitude. We were thankful that students enjoyed the event with healthy participation. This event will be helpful for students in the future.
