Gujarat Apollo Institute for Skill Enhancement (GAISE) is offering implant practical training in Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd and CASH Construction authorized workshop with the highly skilled and experienced trainers. These Institutes are established at industrial clusters (skilled Labour demand areas) and Labour supply areas to bridge the industry – learner gap. The Institute is the pioneer in giving the training in the road construction equipments in Gujarat. The Institute is also planning to provide training in various courses in real estate construction, manufacturing, engineering and services sector. The institute has successfully completed the first batch and has given employment to the candidates. Together, these are the essence of our brand. These brand pillars support our core principles and drive our actions.

Courses:

The country faces a demand-supply mismatch as the economy needs more skilled workforce, as also the managers and entrepreneurs, than supplied annually. In fact, majority of the contemporary institutions of higher learning remain almost disconnected with the requirements of the workplace. The colleges in the country are also varied in terms of types of courses, duration, infrastructure, quality of faculty, quality of content etc. the best and the most selective universities generate too few graduates, and new private colleges are producing graduates of uneven quality and there is a challenge in creating a robust and continuous pipeline of talent.

Gujarat Apollo Institute for Skill Enhancement (GAISE) is established in June, 2015 has trained 20 people in first batch and aims to train 1000 people by 2022. The institute has planned to offer the following courses.

1.      Operation and maintenance of Hydrostatic sensor paver

2.      Operation and maintenance of backhoe loader

3.      Operation and maintenance of Tandem Roller

4.      Operation and maintenance of Soil Compacter

5.      Operation and maintenance of Road construction Equipments.

Eligibility: Minimum eligibility to join the course is 10th pass with no age limit.
