Employees’ Group Medical Insurance

Ganpat University provides Employees’ Group Medical Insurance for all staff members and their family. Having such Group Medical Insurance, the University shall remain stand with your side at the time of critical situations of medical emergency and financial need. The Group Medical Insurance shall equally treat all the staff members with the family floater sum insured Rs. 3,00,000/- per annum to the family of individual staff.

The best part of the Group Medical Insurance is it has covered a set of either parents (actual parents or in-laws) upto the age of 75 years and they shall remain insured under the Insurance policy upto 100 years.

Pre-existing diseases and Internal congenital diseases are covered from day one. Maternity benefit is also covered from day one. Addition of newly married spouse and new born baby shall be covered from the date of marriage and date of birth respectively. Homeopathic and Ayurvedic treatment taken in Govt. hospital is covered.

The Insurance policy has other unmatched coverages which can hardly be seen in individual insurance policies.

The definition of the family under the policy is Employee, his spouse, children and one set of either parents (Actual Parents or Inlaws).

Medical Allowance payable in the cases of pay scale employees shall stand forfeited as being insured under this Group Medical Insurance Policy.

The University takes pride here in declaring that it shall contribute the remaining contribution which is much higher than the employee's contribution as a token of its respect towards employees and their family members.
